Balinese food is one of the world's most complex and rewarding culinary traditions. Unlike commercial restaurant kitchens, authentic home cooking in Bali is deeply tied to religious ceremonies, community banjars, and sacred offerings. The best way to understand this cuisine is through a hands-on workshop inside a genuine Balinese family compound.
